Maria served as our newborn night nanny  for three months, caring for our newborn twins who faced significant health challenges after birth. At a certain point one of the twins needed 24/7 monitoring and Maria was instrumental in helping us parents and our newborn baby, succeed and thrive. 

During this incredibly difficult time and joyous time, Maria’s expertise and unwavering support were invaluable. Her clinical skills were exemplary; she was meticulous in her care and demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of neonatal needs. Beyond her technical proficiency, she possessed a remarkable ability to anticipate our needs and provide reassurance and guidance when we felt overwhelmed.

Maria's kindness and empathy created a sense of trust and confidence that extended beyond her duties. She patiently answered our endless questions, explained newborn twin’s complex schedules and procedures in simple terms, and offered emotional support during moments of stress and uncertainty.
